Training at Dusk

Nothing beats working out outside.  After another cold, snowy winter on the Northcoast (Cleveland,OH) I always enjoy getting outside.  I am currently training for the September RKC Cert.  Workout today included:

24kg TGU - 5 minutes
24kg 1 Arm Swings 20L/20R x 1
24kg High Pulls 10L/10R

24kg Snatch 10L/10R x 5 sets with 30 second rest per set
24kg 1 Arm Swing 10L/10R x 6 sets with 30 second rest per set

Per the postings of Will Williams, RKC TL - I have been rubbing down my sanded kettlebell handles with paraffin wax.  I am really happy with the results.  This truly seems to help preserve the hands with high rep snatches.
