Had to run some errands today after work which delayed my workout until around 7 PM. The problem is that my caloric intake for the day was not very impressive: breakfast around 6:30AM followed by a Cliff Bar for lunch around 1:00PM. I didn't want to eat dinner until after I worked out and boy did I ever suffer today. Jerks went OK, but the snatches were a disaster and I became quite nauseous during the last minute on the right and I had to cut it short. Also skipped the planned OAJ today.
