Back From the Great White North

Just returned from an excellent vacation at the family cabin in Northwestern Quebec. It was cold but gorgeous and very relaxing. It is so nice to be able to remove yourself from technology. No pagers, cell phones, email. Just fresh air, silence, beauty of nature, and uninterrupted time with the family. I also took a break from working out and as usual I was excited to get back to the basement and the bells.....

Warm Up: Pec Stretch, Stick Shrug, Face Pull, Rotational Scap Pullaparts
Indian Clubs: 5 Minutes
HS Swing(32kg) - 20 reps in 30 sec/15 sec rest x 15 sets
RBT Blaster - 45 sec work/15 sec rest
*front Squat
*Split Squat R leg in front
*Split Squat L leg in front
*Dead Lift
*Lateral Core
*Rotational Core
