2x20kg - 12 rpm x 3 minutes
2 minutes rest
2x20kg - 12 rpm x 3 minutes

2x24kg - 8 rpm x 3 minutes
Swing/Push Up Combo
*on the minute x 10 minutes
*32kg 2 handed swing x 20 reps/10 pushups
*Each set decreased the number of pushups by 1
