Hardstyle 2 Handed Swings(32kg):
*20 reps in 30 sec / 15 sec rest x 15 sets
RBT(red) Split Jumps: 10 reps x 4 sets
Split Jumps were brutal. Legs were on fire. Heart pounding. Difficult time getting up stairs out of basement. Will need to do these again. Check out video below:
