Snatch(24kg) 16 rpm x 6 minutes
Took about 5 minute rest between jerk and snatch sets. Both sets felt strong and could have gone longer. Will plan for a similar workout on Tuesday and then rest until Saturday. Weighed in at 197.7 this morning and 198.8 this evening. It is going to be close for the weigh in.
