More Cleans

Warm Up: Stick Shrug x 10, Face Pull x 10, Scap Pullback x 10, Pec Stretch - 3 sets
1 Hand GS Cleans(24kg)
*4 minutes alternating hands each minute
*20 reps per minute, 40L/40R each set
*1 minute rest between sets
*4 sets completed, 160L/160R

RBT Cross Over Speed Squats 20 reps x 3 sets
RBT Core

nice. looks like things are coming around well for you. is the shoulder feeling better?
I just found out that now they contest the one arm swings for time in gs. now there's one move perhaps I could train for real,lol.

Mark were did you hear about the Swing being contested in GS? I'd love to know more.

yeah, the shoulder is feeling better. I am meeting with the Rolfer next week. I am hopeful that things will continue to improve.

Scott Shetler's meet in Atlanta last week contested the one arm clean for 4 minutes. something about kb strongman contest. Looked interesting.if you google shetler I bet it comes up.

I've ALWAYS liked the cleans for strength and reps, even one arms.

and Matt glad things are going in the right direction, rolfing rocks.
