*Posterior with one knee flexed x 6 sets (3 each side)

About 2 weeks ago, I was feeling good and decided to try some light 1 arm jerks with the 16kg. Still with pain in the left shoulder so bagged it. Definately feeling better, but I am not going to mess around with any overhead work until I am pain free. However, I really miss it and miss hanging out with everybody at the comps.

I hope you get back into GS soon, would be awesome to see you at a comp. You know you can always just come out for the fun of it. :)
