Wednesday's Workout

Shoulder continues to feel good.

Warm Up: Pec Stretch, Stick Shrug, Face Pull, Rotational Scap Pull Apart
Snatch(16kg) 18 rpm x 8 minutes - switching every 2 minutes
HS Swing(32kg) 20 reps in 30 sec/15 sec rest x 10 sets

I just realized the hs swing sets wer 30 on 15 off!~hard. good job.

Yeah, I have had fun mixing these styles. Slowly working the snatches back with a light weight. Still feel I need the heavy HS swing intervals to keep the conditioning up.
