GS Swing Drop Sets

Warm Up
GS Swings 30L/30R in 2 minutes with 20 seconds rest
-1st: 40kg
-2nd: 32kg
-3rd: 28kg
**repeat 3 times for 9 total sets
RBT Tabata Leg Routine - 2 minutes for each exercise instead of 4 minutes, no rest between
exercises
Band Rotator Cuff Work

This was a nice change of pace for the swings. Big time grip fatigue!!!
