Shoulder is still a problem. Although better, not yet ready to resume training. It is beginning to look like Chicago isn't going to happen for me. Don't think I can get back into competition condition prior to August 7th. No sense to rush things and just re-injure myself.....

Good to hear that, IKFF is also having a meet in Michigan at the end of Sept.
I hope to make it out to Sin City myself and actually do a biathlon as well.
Matt ,hope you recover fast. If I get tough problem, I go to osteopath and he usually treat 1-2 times and problem resolv.
If you have some lesion in your shoulder-clavicula-scapula-upper ribs, time perhaps dont solve them.
At least if problem stays many weeks, it is perhaps time to change rehabilitation?

Your point is well taken. I am in the process of looking for a good bodywork person in my area. I will let you know how it goes.
