More GS Swings & Half Get Ups

Shoulder didn't flare up after yesterday's half get ups so I worked them again today, slow and controlled.

Warm Up
Half Get Ups(12kg) 10R/10L
GS Swings(32kg) 20L/20R on 1:15 with 20 seconds rest x 10 sets (200L/200R)

Heart rate at completion was 176.
