Was a bit pressed for time today as I was trying to squeeze in a quick workout before heading out to my father's 70th B-day party. For those of you who aren't aware, he is the guy who introduced me to kettlebells 4 years ago. He started using them at age 65 and still is actively using the bells on almost a daily basis as we speak.
Indian Club Warm Up - 5 minutes
HS Swing(32kg) 20 reps in 30 sec/15 sec rest x 15 sets
RBT Leg Blaster - 30 sec on/15 sec rest - front squat, split squat, dead lift
