New Years Eve Workout

Warm Up
Jerk(2x32kg) 5 minutes @ 5 rpm
14 min rest
Snatch(28kg) 6 minutes @ L 16/16/16 ----> R 16/16/16
OAJ(40kg) 10/10 x 1, 10L/9R x 1
Swing(40kg) 25/25 x 2

Jerks felt quick and strong. Snatches continue to improve. No grip problems at the 6 minute mark. Overall, technique just feels better.
