Thursday and Friday were rough days at work. Didn't get home till late and had night meeting on Thursday and family obligations Friday.....no time to work out. Got a short one in early this morning before baseball bonanza began with the kids.

one of my favorite sayings is that "life can really get in the way of one's training"
especially if one is a serious athlete doing serious training, as you are.
but,we can only recover from so much stress and our stress "box" can be filled with stress from work, family obligations, kb training and numerous other sources.
having raised two boys for 20+ years I know how hard it is doing that role AND fitting in real training.
Now worries man, the rest will do you good although I know it is hard to get into that.
