Warm Up: Thoracic and Pec Minor mobililty
Warm Up: Swing/Snatch 16kg and 20kg
Snatch/JR Combo:
*Snatch(24kg) 10 reps in 30 seconds - alternate hands each set
*30 sec Jump Rope
*20 sets
Mobility: calves, quads, psoas
