Tuesday Circuit Workout

Hands were a bit tender from Sunday, so decided to do something a bit different today.

Warm Up
Circuit - 30 seconds work/20 seconds rest
*RBT Split Squat Right
*RBT Split Squat Left
*RBT Skierg
*Jump Rope
*Did 5 cycles of above workout.

Legs were dying at the end of this.
