Heavy Grinds

Felt good today.  Thought I would play with the 32kg today:

32kg TGU 5L/5R

Double 24kg Thrusters x 5 reps
Bodyweight Pullups x 5 reps
32kg Windmills 5L/5R

Did 4 sets of the above circuit after completing the TGU to kick things off.
