However, I continue to be unable to breakthrough my plateau.....

Snatch(28kg) 14 rpm x 7 minutes
SLDL(24kg) 10/10 x 2 sets
For the next couple of weeks I am going to try bumping my rate to 16 rpm to see this helps.
