GS Swings

Warm Up
GS Swing 30L/30R on 2 minutes/20 seconds rest x 7 sets
Cross Over Bands Jump Squat Tabata 20/10 x 4 sets

Had a massage today focusing on the left shoulder and trap. Felt good. I am starting to get sore tonight. Will see if this helps at all. Tabata jump squats were brutal. Had planned to try 8 sets, but was sucking wind so hard and legs were screaming after only 4 sets.

One question. What about the Band Jump Squats made it difficult to have you gas out?

I guess it is just the added resistance on both the deceleration and acceleration of the squat that adds to the overall pain. Two large bands are used, one over the right shoulder and then looped over the left foot and the other over the left shoulder and looped over the right foot - forms a giant X of bands.
