Thursday AM Workout

Fit one in early this morning. As hard as it is to role out of bed it sure feels good to be done with my workout first thing in the morning and I always feel charged and ready to head for work.

Warm Up: Pec Stretch, Stick Shrug, Face Pull, Rotational Scap Pullaparts
Indian Clubs: 5 min
HS Swing(32kg) 20 reps in 30 sec/15 sec rest x 15 sets
RBT(purple band): Front Squat - 20 reps
Split Squat - 20L/20R
Dead Lift - 20 reps

Early morning are hard to get used to. I've lost many morning sessions due to pure procrastination. But if you can get to it your whole day will feel like a breeze.

Where did you get your indian clubs? Did you get any personal instruction, a DVD?

I picked up the Indian clubs through DragonDoor. I borrowed my father's copy of Ed Thomas's instructional DVD and have been searching out some old Indian club books from the late 1800's for more exercises. I really like them.

I am a Cheesehead all the way, growing up 30 minutes south of Green Bay. The Packers have been my true team, but living in Cleveland for the past 14 years I have learned to suffer with the Browns.
