Hectic day today. Still sleep deprived from last weekend call. Home late afternoon, with short window of time to workout. Just didn't have it today with the snatches. Hands still remain tender. Developed blister under the left pinky finger, but had to stop the set early. Ironically, the blister formed from the tape job I rigged up to protect the skin tear higher up on the same pinky last week. Remainder of the workout went ok.

Had to cut the second planned set of swings due to time constraints. Have a long, 24kg snatch set on the schedule for tomorrow, not sure hands will be up for it.......will see tomorrow.
