Snatch(28kg) 8 minutes @ L16/16/16/13 ----> R16/16/16/12
CC Half Squat 40/40 x 2
Ran into grip issues on the 4th minute on the left, worried I would drop the bell if I tried any more reps. On right, I did drop the bell at the 7:45 mark. Conditioning was also an issue with this set. Right knee is essentially back to normal. I think the combination of rest and introducing some squats into the mix has worked wonders.
