Tuesday - More 32kg Snatching

More 32kg snatches on the schedule for today. Not a lot of energy heading to the basement, but once the blood started pumping I managed to put in a good workout.

What exactly is the CC half squat if you don't mind me asking?

Hey Boris
The CC half squat is my short hand for Convict Conditioning half squat. You should check out Convict Conditioning if you haven't already. It is a great book focusing on bodyweight exercises with excellent progressions. I have decided to work on the pistol progression, which is 10 steps, as my leg workout. My knee is feeling much better since adding some leg work.

Saw your clip from the Arnold. Looked strong. Did Eric compete?
