Jerk(2x28kg) 5 minutes @ 8 rpm
Jerk(2x24kg) 5 minutes @ 10 rpm
Jerk(2x24kg) 3 minutes @ 10 rpm
Snatch(24kg) 8 minutes @ 16 rpm
Snatches with the 24kg really felt good. Essentially no hand problems at all. The lighter weight really allowed me to focus on the drop and hook grip.
