Thursday's Workout

Warm Up: Rib Pull/Arm Sweep/Swing/OAJ/Jerk/Snatch
Jerk(2x28kg) 5 minutes @ 10 rpm
Snatch(28kg) 8 minutes @ 14/14/14/11 ---> 14/14/14/13
OAJ(40kg) 10L/9R
Swing(32kg) 30/30 x 2 sets

Jerk set was a real challenge, more so from an aerobic standpoint. Snatches continue to be a work in progress.
