Snatch(28kg) 6 minutes @ L 20/16/18 ----> R 18/18/18
OAJ(40kg) 6/6 x 2 sets
Swing(40kg) 25/25 x 1 set
Things just felt better overall today. I extended my rest to 10 minutes between my jerks and snatches. Initially thought I would try 6 minutes of snatches at 20 rpm, however after the first minute it was clear that I am not ready for that pace from a conditioning standpoint so I dropped down to 18 rpm and was able to complete the set. Day off tomorrow.
