I am a bit discouraged after this performance. Mentally I felt prepared and felt I was going to hit the numbers. My left side felt very solid until the last couple reps. My right side, which I consider my strong arm, felt great until the 4th minute when I had rather rapid grip fatigue and failure. My aerobic conditioning did not seem to be the deal breaker. On the upside, I still have 2 weeks to train before the comp. Hopefully it is enough time.
