Jerks felt good. My right SI joint continues to feel better every day thanks to the Z drills. My snatch set felt very strong on the left. I was able to catch the bell high and keep my backswing through the entire 4 minutes on the left side. I did much the same on the right but decided to shut it down at the 3:30 mark instead of risking my hand. I think by Thursday, the hand will be fully healed.
