Tweaked my left trap/rhomboid yesterday. Currently having difficulty turning my head to the left. Not sure what I did. Decided to take it easy today and planned to do a 6 minute snatch set, but once I got going I was feeling strong and my neck wasn't bothered by snatching so I decided to push ahead for an 8 minute set.

Snatch(24kg) 18 rpm x 8 minute - 1 switch
Decided to pass on the OAJ in order to rest my sore neck/trap. Off tomorrow. Hopefully will be feeling better so I can continue my jerk work.
