Todays Work

Another quick grind before complete darkness set in:

24kg MP 5R/5L
24kg Windmill 5R/5L
Pullups 5
24kg/16kg Double Squat 10

Did series 3 times through.  Mosquitoes are starting to get bad!

Finished with shoulder mobility work:

Overhead Stick Stretch
Stick Shoulder Extension
Overhead Stick Shrug
Scapula Pullaparts
Wall Slides

3 Sets of each exercise.
Done!
