Another Day of No Snatches

Continuing to rest the finger.

Warm Up
Jerk(2x28kg) 7 min @ 7 rpm
Swing(32kg) 30/30 x 1
BSS 15/15 x 1

Was going to do several sets of swings, but even these were aggravating the finger a bit. I will rest through the weekend and hope things are feeling better by Monday.
