Grind Day

Still trying to give my left shoulder/trap some rest from the heavy pressing I have been doing so tonight I focused on TGU:

24kg TGU x 5 minutes
24kg Goblet Squat x 10 reps
24kg Windmill 5R/5L

Did the entire cirucuit 3 times.
Floor still isn't quite level in the soon to be workout room.  Just put down my third layer of self leveling concrete.  Hopefully this is it........isn't that what I said last night????!!!
