Back to the 32kg

Shoulder is feeling better after some rest.  Decided to start pressing the 32kg again today on a scheduled light RoP day.

24kg TGU x 5 minutes
32kg C&P 2(1,2,3) 3(1,2)
Bodyweight Pullups 2(1,2,3) 3(1,2)
32kg Goblet Squat 3 sets x 5 reps

32kg presses felt strong.  Off day tomorrow.
