Light RoP Day

Light pressing day:

24kg TGU 5 minutes
32kg Kneeling Press 5(1)
32kg Goblet Squat 10 x 3 sets

Did 2 sets of tight rope and 3 sets of double kneel.  These are very good for full body tension.

Z-Health: foot,ankle,knee
