Light Ballistics Day

Short workout outside on a beautiful Ohio fall afternoon....sunny and high 60's.

32kg swings 20 reps on 1 minute x 12 sets (did variety of 2 handed and 1 handed swings)

My wife moved up to the 16kg:

16kg 2-handed swings 20 reps on 1 minute x 12 sets

Z: hips and pelvis.

Fri was a great day for training outdoors......the entire w/e should be the same. I now understand what you meant on practicing my pistol. I am reading NW and got to the part where Steve Cotter practiced pistols while recovering from a fractured wrist. GREAT suggestion. Thanks! I plan on GTG with pistols in the next few weeks.....especially since I stink at them.
